In addition your own Personal Stylist will be there to complete the makeover with expert advice.

There is more right with us than there is wrong with us.  The ability to rest in the present moment, no matter what our circumstances, is available to all of us.  Come sample some mindfulness practices you can take with you. Because wherever you go, there you are!  Laura Martin has been a therapist since 1993.  Her own meditation practice is in the Zen tradition.
